Butterflies in two styles

I recently had the opportunity to do 2 butterflies in two watercolor styles: One heavy on the paint and very “tight” as seen in the Monarch Butterfly and one looser and more transparent as seen in the Blue Morpho Butterfly. Both well done and spot on but both uniquely different in intensity of labor and flow. Both uniquely techniques of watercolor.

That’s what I love about watercolor. First it’s challenge and second that it can have such distinct styles.

So what’s your style?

  1. I think this is one of the most important info for me. And i am glad reading your article. But wanna remark on few general things, The website style is perfect, the articles is really nice : D. Good job, cheers

  2. With havin so much content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any methods to help prevent content from being ripped off? I’d definitely appreciate it.

  3. Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and everything. However just imagine if you added some great pictures or videos to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this site could certainly be one of the greatest in its field. Very good blog!
