Tree tutorial for all ages

This is a little tree watercolor lesson my high school art teacher taught me. It was a lot of fun then and I’d like to share it with you. The method works for all paint types. As I did this lesson, I realized my number 4 synthetic round brush needs replacing. I sit and work on art, little bits all the time, and it’s not till I demo something I realize the bristles don’t snap back into a fine point and haven’t for a really long time. I knew there was a reason I didn’t like the brush but I hadn’t yet put my finger on why. Now, I know.
